At GIZMO eBikes, we are committed to delivering your new ride safely and efficiently. Because our e-bikes are high-value, oversized, and heavy items, our shipping process is more specialized than standard parcel delivery.
1. Shipping Timeline

Processing Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time: Once your order has left our facility, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on your state and proximity to our Florida distribution center.
2. Specialized Freight Delivery
To ensure your bike arrives in perfect condition, we do not use standard small-parcel carriers (like USPS or standard FedEx Ground). Instead, we utilize specialized freight carriers equipped to handle heavy and oversized cargo.

Curbside Delivery: Freight deliveries are generally "curbside." The carrier will drop the package at the end of your driveway or at the curb of your residence.

Signature Required: For your security, all e-bike shipments require a signature upon delivery.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. From time to time, we offer promotional "Free Shipping" on specific models or order totals; check our homepage for current offers.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your bike is picked up by the freight carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal.
5. Assembly on Arrival
To protect the bike during transit, all GIZMO eBikes are shipped in a 90% pre-assembled state inside a reinforced box.

Tools: Necessary tools and a step-by-step assembly guide are included in the box.
6. Address Changes & Redirects
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your address after an order is placed, contact us immediately. If a shipping label has already been generated or the bike has left our facility, address redirects may result in additional fees or delivery delays.
